Bus transportation to Disney Springs is available from Magic Kingdom Park, but this service doesn't typically begin until 2:00 PM (check with a Cast Member the day of your visit to confirm service times). If you'll be heading to Disney Springs earlier than that, you may want to consider walking to
Disney's Contemporary Resort or
Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa and hopping on a bus to Disney Springs from there. I did notice that you asked about the
quickest way to get to Disney Springs, though! The very quickest way to travel to Disney Springs is probably to use a ride share service like Uber or Lyft. You could set your pick-up location to either be Disney's Contemporary Resort, Disney's Grand Floridian Resort, or the Ticket and Transportation Center. With a ride share service, you probably wouldn't have as lengthy of a wait as you would for a bus.
