Ahoy there, Hattawat, and welcome to planDisney! How exciting that you’re planning a
Disney Cruise from Singapore. Whatever itinerary you choose, you’re in for an unforgettable voyage filled with Disney magic and dazzling entertainment, so I’m thrilled to help you with your question today.
When it comes to debarkation, the exact time you can leave the ship will be listed on your itinerary and confirmed while onboard. Typically, disembarkation begins around 7:00 a.m., but this is always dependent on local authorities clearing the ship. Your Cruise Director and Captain will make announcements on board to ensure everyone knows when it’s time to begin the process.
Here’s a SEAcret from my experience on past cruises: if you’d like to disembark as early as possible, you can take advantage of the Express Walk-Off option (sometimes called “Express Debarkation”). With this, you carry your own
luggage off the ship rather than setting it outside your stateroom the night before, allowing you to be among the first Guests off once clearance is given. It’s a great option if you have early travel connections or simply want to maximize your time ashore.
You can still wake up early to enjoy a quick breakfast in the
Enchanted Summer Restaurant. Then the choice is up to you as to whether you choose to dine in the Maximus dining room (inspired by the film “Tangled”) or the Olaf dining room (inspired by the film “Frozen”). Either way, it will be the perfect way to cap off your cruise before you begin your journey home.
May your departure be smooth and your return trip filled with aloha spirit. Should you think of any other questions before you set sail, I hope you’ll float back to us here at
planDisney.
Bon voyage,
Sami
