Welcome to planDisney, Margaret!
Hooray! While Olaf is working on his summer tan with a drink in his hand, you'll be enjoying a magical
Walt Disney World vacation. Lucky you! Let's talk about your questions so you can continue dreaming of fun times ahead.
The quickest and most direct way to arrive at the
Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue is to take a rideshare like Uber or Lyft from
Disney's Old Key West Resort. If you want to travel in style, consider a
Minnie Van™ Connected by Lyft. These adorable transports are especially convenient when you have little ones in your party. If you prefer complimentary
Walt Disney World Resort transportation, hop on a bus from your resort to
Magic Kingdom Park, then take a water taxi to
Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort. The boat will drop anchor at the resort marina just steps from Pioneer Hall. To reach the boat dock at Magic Kingdom Park, walk towards the park entrance from the bus dropoff area and head to the queues labeled "Resort Launches."
I'm happy to report that thanks to the newest in-room digital assistant,
"Hey Disney," a Disney friend can be the first thing you hear upon waking up in the morning. In your resort room, say something like, "Hey Disney, set an alarm for 7 AM tomorrow." At 7 AM, Mickey Mouse or one of his pals will let you know it's time to rise and shine! On a recent visit, my family received wake-up calls from Stitch and Minnie Mouse! Even if you're not a morning person, it's a fun way to start the day.
Finally, let's talk about upcoming renovations to
Test Track at
EPCOT. As of now, the attraction is scheduled to close on June 17, 2024, for a refurbishment. We don't know too many details yet, just that the updates are inspired by World of Motion, the original attraction inside this pavilion. I'm excited to see the renovation results; I fondly remember riding World of Motion as a young Mouseketeer!
I hope I've answered all of your questions, Margaret. Best wishes for a memorable Walt Disney World adventure. If there's anything else planDisney can help with before your vacation begins, don't hesitate to reach out again. You've got a friend in me!
