    What is the fastest way to get from MK to Epcot Japan for a 6:30 ADR on a Friday night with a 4-year-old, 2 parents, and 2 grandparents?

    Hi, Kimberly!  If you plan to use Disney transportation, you will want to take the Express Monorail from the Magic Kingdom to the Transportation and Ticket Center where you can transfer to the Epcot Monorail.   Allowing wait time for the monorails, travel time, and the walk to Japan in World Showcase once you enter Epcot, I would allow about an hour and 15 minutes.   Now you may find this gets you there early, but you will have some time in case of monorail delays and it is a bit of a walk back to Japan once you reach Epcot.  If at all possible, have a stroller for your 4 year old which will help with all the walking.  Enjoy your dinner in Epcot!
