    What is the fastest way to get from Magic Kindom to Downtown Disney and how long is the trip?

    Rhonda:

    Traveling from Magic Kingdom to Downtown Disney is no small feat!  My guess is that they don't provide bus transportation to and from there so as to prevent folks from using the parking lot at Downtown Disney for the theme parks...parking there is tough to find without encouraging folks with buses to the theme parks.

    I would suggest either taking a bus from the Magic Kingdom to Saratoga Springs and then hoping on its ferry across the water to Downtown Disney or simply walking from the gates of the Magic Kingdom over to the Contemporary Hotel and taking its bus to Downtown Disney.  Either way, I'd count on 45 minutes at a minimum for the transfer, but one hour would be best.
