Would it be faster for us to drive our own vehicle to other resorts or take the bus? We have 2 or 3 DR at other resorts so was wondering which way would be faster/less time

    Hi there, Kristy!

I absolutely LOVE having my own vehicle at Walt Disney World, especially when we are traveling from one Resort hotel to another. Disney's complimentary Resort transportation service is awesome, but the buses do not travel between Resort hotels. So, if you're staying at, for example, Disney's Art of Animation Resort and you have dinner reservations at 'Ohana located at Disney's Polynesian Resort, you would need to catch a bus to Magic Kingdom Park where you would then transfer to the monorail going to the Polynesian. I always recommend allowing 90-minutes for traveling to a reservation because you may have to wait for a bus or monorail and you don't want to be late. With that being said, it's absolutely faster for you to drive your own vehicle if you have that option!

I hope this helps, Kristy! Thank you so much for sending in your question and please feel free to write back in if you have any others!

Wishing you a Pixie Dusted vacation!
