How fast do they run out of ECVs at the parks. My father needs one, but doesn't want to rent outside of WDW because he doesn't need it other than to get around the parks.

    Hello, Pamela!

Thank you for your question. The answer to your question is tricky. Electric Conveyance Vehicles (ECV) Rentals are rented on a first come, first-served basis; therefore, availability is dependent on crowd levels, and Guest need. Since reservations are not accepted, I suggest arriving early to secure a unit for the day, especially during busy vacation times like holidays.

If your father decides that he would like to rent a unit from an outside source, then you can find a list of Disney featured providers at the bottom of the linked ECV page. Many of these providers will deliver units right to your Disney Resort hotel.

I hope this helps with your planning, Pamela! Please visit us again should you have other questions before your visit.

    Happy Planning!
