We have fast passed some rides for ourselves and our two grandchildren, however a little unsure if the 5 year old will want to ride the seven dwarfs ride would it be possible for the 8year old to use the pass?

    Hi Pam,

It certainly sounds as though you are planning a great visit to the Walt Disney World Resort for your Grandchildren.

If anyone in your party decides that they don’t want to experience a FastPass+ selection, they are free to skip it.

If your 5 year old grandchild does not wish to ride the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, it's no problem. With Rider Switch, one adult can wait with your 5 year old grandchild while the rest of the party enjoys the attraction. When the other adult returns, they can supervise your 5 year old grandchild, and the waiting adult can board the attraction without having to wait in the regular line again.

If the adult who waited with your 5-year old grandchild to begin with, waited alone with the child, he or she may bring one other Guest back to ride the attraction with him or her so in this instance, your 8 year old grandchild would be able to ride the attraction for a second time. (Please note that only 2 Guests are allowed per Rider Switch Pass.)

Wishing you a magical holiday filled with memories which will last a lifetime!
