Can fast pass selections be made when staying at Shades of Green?

    Hi Doris!

Great question! When my family and I stayed at Shades of Green a few months ago, we were able to use the FastPass+ system via our My Disney Experience Account. However, please note that Guests staying at an official Walt Disney World Resort Hotel can begin making their FastPass+ selection up to 60 days n advance. Guests staying at Shades of Green cannot make their FastPass+ selections until up to 30 days in advance. The reason is because although Shades of Green is located within the Walt Disney World Resort, it is not a Disney Resort Hotel rather an Armed Forces Recreation Center Resort. They have a different reservation system and the confirmation numbers cannot be linked in your My Disney Experience Account.

Did you know?: The Walt Disney World Resort offers special military discounts for theme park tickets! The discounted military ticket offer is either a 4-Day Ticket  with Park Hopper option included or a 5-Day Ticket with Park Hopper option included. You can find this offer by visiting this page: 2017 Military Discounts for Park Tickets. Tickets can be purchased at a participating U.S. military base ticket office, Shades of Green or any ticket window at the theme parks. Once you purchase your tickets, you will be able to link them to your My Disney Experience Account and begin making your FastPass+ selections 30 days in advance. Be sure to download the My Disney Experience App as well!

It has been a pleasure assisting you Doris! If I can help you with any other planning question, please feel free to send them my way!
