    Has Fast Pass returned?

    Hi there, Jill!

Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question.

As Walt Disney World Resort continues to operate in a state of phased reopening, select Guest benefits and offerings, such as FastPass+, continue to be paused indefinitely. Currently, Standby queues are being used exclusively for Guests wanting to enjoy attractions and shows. The Fastpass+ queue is reserved for Guests who have purchased private VIP Tours, or those using Disability Access Services (DAS).

I've visited numerous times since the park reopened, and I can vouch for the fact that the Standby queues typically move quickly and the wait times haven't been outrageous. In fact, some of the wait times have ended up being shorter than what's posted at the entrance to the attraction!

At this time, there have been no updates or announcements as to when and if the FastPass+ system might be reinstated, or if it will function in the same way it has in the past. I'm keeping a close eye on the Disney Parks Blog and Walt Disney World Resort on Facebook and Twitter for any updated information about FastPass+, and my fingers are crossed we will know something soon!

Thanks again for visiting planDisney - have a magical day!
