On our Fast Pass listing, it is showing 2 people signed up for a ride but when I go to add a guest, the third person, my son, is showing up as already having a pass and can't be added. I assuming it's just a glitch. Is he going to be allowed on?

Thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Ainsley!

I’ve experienced a similar glitch before, and it’s typically worked itself out. However, I would recommend trying the following steps to make sure your son is definitely included in your FastPass+ reservation.

First of all, try logging out of your My Disney Experience account online and/or through the My Disney Experience mobile app. Log back in again and see if the glitch has sorted itself out. If that doesn’t work, I would call the My Disney Experience, MagicBands and FastPass+ helpline and speak with a Cast Member. You’ll just need to know the email address associated with the My Disney Experience account of the person who manages your son’s plans. The Cast Member will then be able to pull up your plans in their system to make sure everything is as it should be.

Hopefully these steps will help resolve your issue, Ainsley. Please let us know if there’s anything else we can do to help you as you plan your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World Resort.
