should i fast pass lights, motor action and the indiana jones show? We will be traveling over spring break. i have 2 adults and a 8yr old boy and 12 yr old boy.

Disney's Hollywood Studios has a FastPass+ tier system.  You get 1 selection from Tier 1 and 2 selections from Tier 2.  Once you have used all 3, you may return to a FastPass+ Kiosk located within the park and make your 4th selection and so forth.  The tiers are:

    Tier 1:
    Toy Story Midway Mania!
Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith
    The Great Movie Ride
Beauty and the Beast Live on Stage

    Tier 2:
The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror
For the First Time in Forever: A Frozen Sing-Along Celebration
    Voyage of the Little Mermaid
Star Tours - The Adventures Continue
    Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular
    Disney Jr. Live on Stage
Lights, Motors, Action! Extreme Stunt Show
    Muppet*Vision 3D

That being said, I personally would not choose Lights, Motors, Action! Extreme Stunt Show or Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular as part of my initial 3 FastPass+ selections.  However, this is a very personal choice and it really depends on what your family likes.  For my family, we would prefer these options:

    Toy Story Midway Mania!
Star Tours - The Adventures Continue
    Voyage of the Little Mermaid

Since your boys are older than my son and maybe more adventurous, they may prefer Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith and The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror.

In my opinion, most stage shows have a high capacity.  As long as you arrive 20-30 minutes prior to the show, you should be able to find a good spot.

    Have a great time!
