    Is there a fast pass

Hey there, Nicole, and thanks for stopping by planDisney!

There are SO many things to do in Walt Disney World, and no matter how long you stay, it's never enough! Like you, I hail from the small but mighty state of New Jersey. As a non-local to Disney World, I'm always looking for ways to make the most of my time in the parks! I see your visit is just around the corner, so let's make sure you squeeze every magical moment out of your Disney vacation!

First of all, I'm sorry to say that Disney World's FastPass system is sadly a thing of the past. But the good news is that there's still a way to shave some minutes off those wait times! Nicole, my family loves using Lightning Lane Multi Pass and Lightning Lane Single Pass to enjoy many of our favorite rides and attractions. The easy-to-use system shortens our waits and gives us more time to spend on other experiences we love - like eating, shopping, and relaxing by the pool!

Now, let's talk about how it works. To use the Lightning Lane feature, you'll first need to purchase your Lightning Lane Multi Pass and/or Lightning Lane Single Pass in your My Disney Experience app (prices are dynamic and vary by day). It's important to know the difference between the two: Lightning Lane Multi Pass includes multiple attractions in each park, while Lightning Lane Single Pass is used for a single, high-demand attraction (think TRON Lightcycle / Run or Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind).

Nicole, one of the things I love most about the Lightning Lane system is that it allows me to plan ahead. With Lightning Lane Multi Pass, you can pre-plan up to three eligible attractions before you even set foot in the parks! If you're a guest of a Disney Resorts Collection hotel, you can purchase and plan your Lightning Lane selections 7 days before check-in. All other guests can do so 3 days before arrival. Since your visit is so soon, I HIGHLY recommend making those selections now!

I hope this information is helpful, Nicole, and that your wait times are short and sweet. If you have any other planning questions, you know where to find me right here at planDisney!

    Adventure awaits,

    Allison
