how far/long is the shuttle from the animal kingdom lodge to the different parks?

    Hi Lisa,

Animal Kingdom Lodge is such a beautiful resort, surrounded by the animals of the African savanna. Because of its seclusion, it takes just a few more minutes to reach the theme parks from Animal Kingdom Lodge than from some of the other resorts. The free Disney buses run about every 20 minutes, and monitors at the bus stops let you know when the next bus will arrive. We've found those to be incredibly accurate.

Once you board, I'd expect the trip to Animal Kingdom to take 10-15 minutes, Hollywood Studios 15-20 minutes, and 20-30 minutes to either Epcot or Magic Kingdom, depending on the traffic. The buses drop guests right at the entrance of each park.

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Lisa. We're always happy to help with questions about transportation, resorts, theme parks or any other part of a Walt Disney World vacation. Enjoy!
