Hi Sheri, There is a path from Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa near the last building in Congress Park and winds behind that building. The Carriage House will give you a map if you need one. It is lit at night and is perfectly safe to walk. You will come out right by the bus transportation area. Cap'n Jack's Restaurant is just a quick walk from the bus station- only about 5 minutes at the most. I have used the walk way several times with my girls.
