    Hi Katie!

    This is a great question.  With young boys, you might want to consider the Crystal Palace in the Magic Kingdom, especially if they are Winnie the Pooh fans.  However, the best restaurant in the Magic Kingdom is the new Be Our Guest restaurant.  It is Quick Service for lunch and Table Service for dinner.

    For Epcot, I do enjoy the restaurant in Germany, but I also went to high school in Germany and thus may be biased.  Other great restaurant there are Chefs de France and Le Cellier Steakhouse. 

    I wouldn't leave any dinners open if you want to do Table Service.  Restaurants definitely fill up at Walt Disney World, especially during the usual dinner hours which may be important to you since you have young children.  Some good places for families outside the parks are Whispering Canyon Cafe, 1900 Park Fare, and Trail's End.
