How far is Disney’s Polynesian resort resort Ohana restaurant from Magic Kingdom? We are not staying at a Disney resort, how do we get there from Magic Kingdom to Ohana restaurant?

Aloha, Danielle! It's great to see you here today at the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Are you so excited that your trip to Walt Disney World Resort is coming up this week? With just a few more days to go, I'm sure you're thinking about some of those last-minute details, like exactly what kind of transportation you're going to use to get around while you're on vacation, and I'm happy to walk you through it.

I have great news for you Danielle: it could not be easier to get from Magic Kingdom Park to Disney's Polynesian Village Resort for your meal at 'Ohana because it's just three monorail stops away! Make sure to get on the Resort Monorail when you leave the Theme Park, and it will make a stop at Disney's Contemporary Resort and the Transportation and Ticket Center before dropping you off at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort. The monorail stop is on the second floor of the main building which is just a few steps away from 'Ohana. If you've parked your car at the Transportation and Ticket Center you can use the monorail to head back there when you're done, or you can go back to Magic Kingdom Park or visit any of the other Resort Hotels on the monorail loop.

There's also a boat that travels back and forth between Magic Kingdom Park and some of the Resort Hotels in the area, including the one you're visiting, so that's also a great option for transportation if you're interested in a breezy ride across Seven Seas Lagoon.

    Have a magical day, Danielle!
