How far out from the cruise date can a passenger be dropped from the reservation with no penalty and full refund?

    Ahoy Marc –

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I am pleased to help with your questions about cruise reservations and cancellations. How long you have to cancel your reservation (or change the number of guests on the reservation) without penalty depends on the length of the cruise, type of cruise (ex: Holiday cruise), stateroom type and whether it is transatlantic sailing.

For most cruises 5 days or less you have 74 days prior to cancel, for cruises 6-9 days there are 89 days prior, and sailings that are transatlantic or 10 days or more give 119 days prior to your sailing. Guests sailing in a suite or in Concierge level have 90 days before the trip to make their choice.

If your vacation occurs during Christmas, New Year’s, July 4th or Thanksgiving, you will need to give extra notice. Please refer to your Cruise Contract for more details. Marc, we are always ready to help here at the Panel – thanks for stopping by!
