As far as crowds, is the first half of the Thanksgiving week (Sunday to Wed.) as bad Thanksgiving day through the weekend?

    Hello, Jill!

    Great question!

When we visited Walt Disney World for Thanksgiving, my husband took our two children on the Saturday before Thanksgiving; I couldn't join them until Wednesday evening due to work responsibilities.  He raved about the low crowd levels the entire time prior to my arrival, and noted that the crowd level slowly increased as we approached Thursday.

Holiday decorations were already up, too, so if you can get there the weekend prior to Thanksgiving, I think you'll see much lower crowd levels than Thanksgiving Day through the following weekend.

Come back and ask as many questions as you can think of regarding your Walt Disney World Vacation!  We love to help!
