How far are the cabins from getting to the actual parks?

Howdy Louisa!  Thank you for sharing your question with the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

The Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground is definitely a family favorite.  The proximity from this resort to the Magic Kingdom Park is just a friendship boat ride away.  If you are headed to Epcot, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, or Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park, then you would take a bus to the Outpost Depot and then board a connecting bus to the park of your choice.  Buses to the theme parks generally operate in 20-minute intervals and then add in your riding time.  Travel times can vary, so schedule plenty of travel time so you don’t feel rushed.

There are so many new and exciting things to do at the Walt Disney World Resort during 2020.  To stay informed of all the new things, make sure to stop by the Disney Parks Blog and check out the Walt Disney World website.

Your vacation will be here before you know it, Louisa.  If you have any more questions, please come back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  We love to help.
