How far out can you book dinning at Disneyland? Is there a place where you can find specific prices for each dining venue not just a range of prices found on the website? I'd like to know an exact breakdown of what I'll be spending.

    Hey there, Taylor!

I’m right there with you. I like to plan out our family’s vacation budget as accurately as possible before we embark on our journey to the Happiest Place on Earth. Comfortably knowing that we have enough funds to cover expenses helps us focus on the magic of the moment rather than thinking about next month’s bank statement.

You may make advanced reservations at select table service restaurants as many as 60 days before your visit. Note that sometimes reservation slots are not added to the reservation system right at the 60-day mark. That is especially the case for restaurants that include dining package offerings that are tied to select entertainment. Usually, by the time the entertainment calendar has been determined, those reservations become available in the system as well.

You may find specific price information for menus at most restaurants either online or in the Disneyland app. After entering into the page for a restaurant of interest, tap on the “View Menu” button to see prices for individual items. Some restaurants, including a few independently-operated restaurants at the Downtown Disney District, may not include specific pricing information online. For more information, I recommend contacting the Disneyland Resort dining information line at (714) 781-DINE or (714) 781-3463.

One of my preferred ways to budget for visits to the Disneyland Resort is to collect Disney Gift Cards. With each gift card transaction, I can track the remaining balance either online or as noted on the receipts. Multiple gift cards may even be combined online for convenience.

I hope you have a magical time at the Disneyland Resort, Taylor! Please stop by with any additional questions you may have.
