Hiya, Woobewoo, and welcome to planDisney!
Just like Hercules, you are able to “Go the Distance” when making plans for a Walt Disney World vacation. I am more than happy to jump into (almost) everything you need to know about planning your Most Magical vacation. Let’s go!
At the moment, you are able to book your room-only reservation or
Disney Vacation Package for now through October 2025. So, if you want to start planning now, you absolutely can! You can start planning your vacation on your own using your MyDisney account online.
Visit the “Vacation Planning” webpage and click on “Get Started.” From there, you will see the variety of Disney Resorts Collection hotels that are available for your chosen dates and number of Guests. Once you’ve selected your hotel and room type, you’ll be asked if you want to add theme park tickets and one of the two Disney dining plans. If you’d rather get help from a Cast Member, you can call them using the
“Disney Resort Hotel Reservations” phone number. For a vacation package, you can then put down a $200 deposit (at the time of this posting) and you may log in at any time to put money toward the balance. There is no payment plan; however, the final payment must be paid at least 30 days before your vacation. You can make a payment through your MyDisney account online or via a Cast Member over the phone.
AN EXTRA GEM: Also, be sure to mark your calendar because when you’re 60 days away from your vacation, you may begin making advance dining reservations for the various table-service restaurants that are on Disney’s property. What’s even better? If you’re staying at one of the onsite hotels, you can book up to 10 more days worth of dining reservations 60 days prior to vacationing as well. This is also when you’ll book Enchanting Extras like
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique.
Woobewoo, I would love to answer more questions that you have about your upcoming Disney vacation. If there’s anything else that you need help with, revisit us here at planDisney.
I’m all ears! Magic always,
LeAndra
