How far in advance typically do they post the park hours, extra magic hours and party days?.. we are going 11/15-22 and i am trying to figure out our dining reservations because i can book this month but i'm not sure if the days I plan will fit the times.

    Hi Jodi ~

I love that you are planning ahead! It keeps me occupied and a little (just a little) more calm while I count down the days until my trip.

We usually see park hours including Extra Magic Hours posted about 6 months in advance. They are now listed online through November 18, 2014. I expect other days to be added each day. Keep an eye on the Park Hours and Calendars link on the Disney Website for the hours to be posted soon for your whole trip.

When you say party days, I am assuming that you are talking about Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party (MVMCP). You can find the dates for the 2014 MVMCP evenings on the special event ticket page. The party hours are 7:00 p.m. - midnight on each evening that MVMCP is held. The Magic Kingdom will close at 7:00 p.m. on those evenings and only those Guests with the special event tickets are allowed to enter or remain in the park once MVMCP begins at 7:00 p.m.

Please feel free to visit us with all of your planning questions. We are hEAR to help you!

Wishing you minnie magical memories :-) Allison V.
