How far in advance of your trip does Disney usually send you your travel documents?

    Hi Jamie!

Walt Disney World Travel Co. & Disney's Magical Express (if applicable), usually send their documentation packages out approximately 30-40 days prior to your arrival date, and you can expect to receive them three to four weeks prior to your vacation. There are two separate packages you should expect to receive if you are using Disney's Magical Express service from the Orlando Int'l Airport.

If you reach 14 days prior to your travel date and have not yet received your package(s), definitely contact Walt Disney World and they will arrange to get everything out to you in plenty of time prior to your departure.

Mishaps can occur in the mail system - but reprints are quickly arranged and will get out to you in a flash!

If you're missing BOTH sets of travel documents, contact (407) W-DISNEY and a Cast Member will coordinate with Magical Express to arrange its delivery as well. Be sure to have your Resort Reservation number handy when you call.

If you're only missing your Magical Express luggage stickers and motor coach transportation vouchers, contact them directly at 1-866-599-0951.

Wishing you a Magical vacation Jamie!
