How far in advance can you make room reservations?

Hey there, Layla! Thank you for your question and for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

Don’t you just love planning for an upcoming vacation to “The Most Magical Place on Earth”? In fact, my wife daughter and I are in the process of planning for a vacation next Spring. Lucky for the both of us, when it comes to booking room-only reservations at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel, you can make that reservation up to 499 days in advance. To make a reservation this far in advance, you’ll want to give the friendly Cast Members at Disney a call to secure your room.

Oh, and as an insider’s tip… you can always adjust existing reservations to take advantage of any Special Offers that might come along. As long as the dates align, you’ll just give those Cast Members a buzz back and they will work their magic to apply that offer to your existing reservation.

If you’re looking for a Disney Resort recommendation, might I suggest looking into Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort. I recently had the opportunity to explore all that’s new at Old Port Royale… and let me tell you, it was fantastic. I’m not sure what I enjoyed more. The ease of access to Disney’s new Skyliner or the scrumptious food that we found at Sebastian’s Bistro. Yum!

Whichever Disney Resort you should choose, enjoy booking your vacation and If you have any other questions, please let us know. Have a magical day and tell Mickey I said hello!
