    How far in advance can we make resort reservations? I would like to make reservations for the Bay Tower Villas but it is so hard to get a reservation it is always booked.

    Hi Pamela, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    I definitely share your enthusiasm for Bay Lake Tower at Disney’s Contemporary Resort. Located just steps away from Magic Kingdom Park, with easy access to Disney’s monorail and water launch transportation over the Seven Seas Lagoon, you are literally vacationing in the center of all the Magic with a stay at this Resort.

    If you are booking a stay as a Disney Vacation Club member, and your “Home” Resort is Bay Lake Tower, you are able to book your reservation as early as 11 months in advance. Otherwise, members are able to book reservations at non-Home Resorts 7 months in advance. You will want to book as soon as possible as Bay Lake Tower is a very popular Disney Vacation Club Resort and tends to fill quickly.

    If you are booking a Bay Lake Tower cash reservation directly with Disney, Guests are currently able to book into early January 2018. Generally inventory at Disney Vacation Club Resorts tends to become available for cash reservations approximately 11 months in advance, although I am advised by Disney Vacation Club and Disney Resort Hotel Reservations Cast Members that the exact time frames can vary. Also, please keep in mind that inventory within both Disney Vacation Club for member point reservations and cash reservation inventory with Disney Resort Hotel Reservations can fluctuate at any time.
