    How far in advance do you have to make a reservation at the Sci Fi Dine In Theater Restaurant? We have tickets to Hollywood Studios May 23rd, but every time I try to book the restaurant online, it says there are no reservations? Do we still have a chance?

    Hi Rachel!

    So happy to hear that you will be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort! The Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater Restaurant is amazing! I can certainly see why you want to make the reservations. While it is always highly recommended that you make reservations, most restaurants do take walk-up reservations. The last time I dined at the Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater restaurant, I actually walked in a little before lunch time and they were able to accommodate my party. If you have a large party, you may have a hard time being seated without reservation. I would highly recommend that you continue to check the Dining Reservations page as guests often cancel. If you are unable to get a reservation, check back the day before as the cancellation policy for dining charges guests if they don't cancel within 24 hours of the reservation. I have found many great reservations within the 24-hour window due to that cancellation policy. Hope this helps!
