    How far in advance can you register for the Princess 1/2 marathon? This is my second year missing out and I can't seem to pinpoint a time when they open registration for the next year. Thank you!

    Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    I'm so sorry you missed the registration opening for Princess Half Marathon. Registration opened on July 12, 2016, for the 2017 race weekend.  It is a popular race and generally sells out within a couple of days.

    There are a few ways to find out when race registrations begin:
    1.  Sign up for runDisney email alerts.  They will send you emails to let you know when races go on sale.

    2.  Follow runDisney on Twitter and Facebook. Social media is a great place to keep up with runDisney news.

    4.  Read the Disney Parks Blog.  They don't always announce race registrations, but sometimes offer insight to runDisney events.

    If you follow this link to the Princess Half Marathon registration page, you will find information about how to run with a Charity or Travel Provider group.  They often have bibs available for races even when it's sold out to the general public.  This may be a good option for you if you still want to run next year's race!
