How far in advance do they post times for fireworks displays and parades. Going aug 25-31 with my 2year old and can't wait it's already her 2nd time there. Also do you think fantasmic is to scary for a 2 year old.

    Hi Marc!!

Thank you so much for visiting the Walt Disney World Moms Panel!!!

Parade and firework times are usually released about four to five months in advance.  The parade and fireworks times for the month of August are already out.  Please visit the following links to see the various parade and firework times for each theme park:  August 2012 Magic Kingdom Calendar, August 2012 Epcot Calendar, August 2012 Disney's Hollywood Studios Calendar, and August 2012 Disney's Animal Kingdom Calendar.  Once you click on a link that takes you to a calendar, simply click on the day you are interested in knowing times for and you will be given park hours, parade and firework times, and other information about the park for that day.

I definitely do not think that Fantasmic is too scary for a two year old.  My son loved the show at two years old and still does to this day!!!  I would recommend just talking with your child and let them know that there will be periods of darkness, fireworks, etc just so they somewhat know to expect something out of the ordinary.

Please let me know if you have any other questions!!

    Have a very magical trip!!
