How far in advance can I plan activities for my family?

Greetings and welcome to planDisney, Adriana, thank you for your excellent question!

Adriana, your Disney Cruise Line sailing is just around the corner, how very excited you must be! As soon as you pay off your remaining balance and your Castaway Club member advance booking window opens up, you will be able to book Disney Cruise Line Activities and Port Adventures. In referring to the date of arrival you listed with your question to planDisney you should be within your advance booking window if you have paid off your balance.

The current Castaway Club member booking windows for Guests who have paid for their sailing in full are as follows:

First-Time Guests: 75 days prior to the sail date,
Silver Castaway Club Members: 90 days prior to the sail date,
Gold Castaway Club Members: 105 days prior to the sail date,
Concierge Guests and Platinum Castaway Club Members: 120 days prior to the sail date.

To book your Activities and Port Adventures:
    1) Please sign in to your Disney Cruise Line account and roll your cursor over the Already Booked tab.
    2) Under the title My Disney Cruise select My Plans.
    3) You should see your day-by-day itinerary and select the particular day you wish to plan for.
    4) Select Add Activities to explore the array of Activities and Port Adventures.
    5) Repeat this process for any remaining days you wish to plan for.

Download the Disney Cruise Line Navigator App to manage your plans, complete your Online Check-In, explore and book Port Adventures and Activities, refer to shipboard events and activities, receive dining information, connect with fellow cruise mates and much more!

Please complete your Online Check-In 30-days from your sailing to ensure that the necessary documentation is finalized and to select your port arrival time.

Kindly refer to Disney Cruise Line's - Know Before You Go resource for up-to-date, last-minute cruise information.

Adriana, it was my pleasure assisting you today. Have fun selecting your Activities and Port Adventures! I wish you a most magical voyage with Disney Cruise Line - thank you so much!
