How far in advance do I need to start planning for our first Disney trip if we want to stay at a Disney resort during peak season? We will be traveling with a 1 and 6 yr old. Any info is appreciated thanks!

Hello, Jenny!  Welcome to the Moms Panel!

Disney room reservations can be made up to 499 days in advance and I highly suggest you time this perfectly since you are considering visiting (that can be a bit of a tongue twister) during peak season.  I am not sure when you are planning to visit, but there are 2012 Disney Packages available at this time.

Disney does offer some wonderful offers that you may want to take advantage of.  Please click HERE for some special offers.

Thank you so much for visiting the Moms Panel.  Please join us again real soon should any new questions or concerns pop-up.  We are always ready to help our guests plan the vacation of a lifetime.  May your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation be filled with many new and MAGICAL memories!
