    How far in advance do we need to book the grand gathering experiences (I'm traveling with a group of 13)? We will be there the first week in April.

    It's hard to know when the Grand Gathering experiences will fill up, but I recommend calling as soon as you decide on which experience you're party would like to attend.  For our Grand Gathering celebration in September we weren't able to obtain reservations for any of the events because they had already reached capacity when I called (about three months out).  Since your trip is approaching quickly I recommend giving the Grand Gathering travel planners a call at 407-939-7675 to see what is available.

    Keep in mind that to participate in any of Disney's special Grand Gathering experiences at least 8 members of your party (age 3 or over) must attend the same experience.  Have fun in April!
