How far in advance can you find out which parks will have magic hours? Planning for a trip in Feb and want to decide which park on which day base on magic hours. Where is this information available? Thanks!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Koleen! I’m excited to know that you are planning a visit to the Walt Disney World Resort with your family this coming February! Thanks so much for stopping by with your question.

The tool I use the most when trying to plan my family vacations is the Interactive Parks Calendar. This calendar will show you operating hours for Disney Springs, theme parks and water parks. You can find it by typing the word “Calendar” in the search bar on the official Walt Disney World Resort site. Go to “Theme Parks: Frequently Asked Questions” and you will find a blue link that will take you to the Interactive Parks Calendar.
This is a great resource because you can also view the listed Extra Magic Hours for the dates of your trip. Generally, you will be able to see the calendar hours for all of the theme and water parks six months in advance.

Extra Magic Hours are my favorite benefit of being a Disney Resort hotel guest! I love having that extra time in the parks to explore and enjoy the attractions. It also helps to know where those magical hours will be held, so that you can make some dining reservations in advance.

Koleen, I hope this information is helpful to you as you continue to plan your next magical stay. Feel free to come back to see us soon with any additional questions you might have. Helping you with all the details of your visit is our pleasure!
