Hiya, Allison!
Welcome to planDisney! I am so excited to hear that you are planning an adventure to The Most Magical Place on Earth. One of my favorite reasons to visit Walt Disney World Resort is all of the
amazing dining options available. I am sure that you and your travel party have created a list of your must-try spots, so let's talk dining reservation windows.
You can begin making your dining reservations at Walt Disney World Resort 60 days in advance. The booking window opens early, traditionally around 5:45 AM ET, so be sure to set that alarm! You can make reservations
online on the Walt Disney World Resort website, or through the
My Disney Experience app. If you will be a Guest of a
Walt Disney World Resort Collection hotel during your upcoming visit, you can book 60 days in advance,
plus an additional nine days out. Being able to book a full ten days of dining reservations is
one of the many fantastic benefits Guests receive when staying at a Disney Resort. Having an extended booking window can be a great way to secure popular locations like Chef Mickey's or 'Ohana. Pro Tip: List your desired dining reservations in order of priority before your booking window opens. Then make the reservations in that order so you can get to those top priority spots first, without losing track of what reservations you are hoping to make. It also helps to book popular spots towards the end of your trip, as those dates may have more availability.
You can also begin to book events and tours from the
Enchanting Extras Collection 60 days in advance. If you are planning on fireworks dessert parties, behind-the-scenes tours, or other exciting adventures you can add this date to your calendar too! Some Enchanting Extras can be booked online and others by phone by
calling the Tours, Recreation line.
I hope your upcoming adventure is memorable and magical!
We'll see ya real soon!
