How far in advance can you buy tickets? I'm going March 2023 and I've seen the website fluctuating on dates I can choose, sometimes I can see through Jan 2023, then Dec 2022 and now I can only see through Sept 2022. Wanting to buy tickets ASAP.

Hi there, Kelsey! You're as welcome as can be here at planDisney. Thank you so much for stopping by with your question!

I completely understand the urge to plan a magical Disney vacation almost an entire year in advance. If I wasn't constantly planning new trips to the Disneyland Resort in California and the Walt Disney World Resort in Florida, I would definitely love to take that route! I mean, there's just something so amazing about planning, right? It kind of makes you feel like you're already there, enjoying your favorite attractions, eating the yummiest snacks, and having the time of your life!

Kelsey, just like Cinderella's Fairy Godmother would say, even miracles take a little time. Patience is going to be your best friend in this case! At this time, Disneyland Resort Theme Park tickets can only be purchased up to 120 days in advance (roughly four months), so your booking window for March 2023 should open up right around November 2022.

But, what about the website's fluctuations? Well, the only feasible reason I can think of here is that you've been unknowingly switching over between the Walt Disney World Resort website––which currently gives Guests the option to purchase Theme Park tickets through December 2022––and the Disneyland Resort website, which gives Guests the option to purchase Theme Park tickets through September 2022. This can be confusing at times, so I do want to take a moment to recommend that you take the time to make sure exactly which Resort you'd like to visit next year.

Wherever the wind might take you, Kelsey, the planDisney family is always here to help! Please don't hesitate to come back and ask us any other questions about the Disneyland Resort––or the Walt Disney World Resort.

    Have a magical day!
