How far in advance can you book a vacation package?

    Hi Melissa!

Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I am always looking forward to planning my next Walt Disney World Resort vacation, so I understand why you are ready to book your next one as soon as possible!

There are two different reservation types for Walt Disney World Resort. Guests are able to make room only reservations as well as Magic Your Way Vacation Packages. For the room only reservation, Guests are able to book these over the phone up to 499 days prior to arrival by giving a friendly Cast Member a call at (407) 939-1936. These are just as they sound, room only, so they will not include theme park tickets or the option for Disney Dining Plans. For Magic Your Way Vacation Packages, these can be booked over the phone or online as soon as they are released. The tricky part is we don't know exactly when that will be! Historically, we have seen these packages released sometime in June for the following year, but this is always subject to change. When they are released for 2020, they will be released for the entire calendar year.

I hope this helps in planning your next visit! Please come back if you have any other questions.
