Johanna, anytime a guest asks about
planning a Walt Disney World Resort vacation in the future, I am more delighted than Ariel with a drawer full of dinglehoppers because I am constantly dreaming about visiting the Most Magical Place on Earth years in advance! Now, as a fellow busy Mama whose schedules aren't always easy, let's chat about when you can book your 2024 adventure.
Currently, we don't have a date when vacation packages for 2024 or Disney Resort Hotel reservations for next year will be available. However, if Rafiki from the Lion King is to be believed, we can learn from the past and assume that bookings for next year will be released in late spring.
Last year, there was an announcement made on the Disney Parks Blog at the beginning of June. My best advice is to bookmark the
Disney Parks Blog and follow @planDisney and @DisneyParks on Instagram to be among the first to know when reservations open up.
Johanna, I'll also encourage you to go ahead with the other facets of planning a trip even before you can book, like selecting a
Disney Resort Hotel (if you're hoping to stay onsite) so that you're ready to secure your reservation when they come available. If you need recommendations or have any additional questions, I hope you'll come on back and see us here at planDisney.
