    How far in advance can we book our trip? I want to plan a trip for my granddaughter's birthday in December of 2019

    Hey there, Lisa!

    You sound like a planner after my own heart! The sooner I can start, the better I can budget and make sure that I choose the best options!

    Currently, dates to book a Disney vacation are open until December 2017. Typically, guests are able to make resort reservations about 12-18 months in advance. 

    For your December 2019 plans, I would start looking for dates to open up around August-December 2018. 

    In the meantime, continue to visit the Disney website and decide which resorts, attractions, and shows you think your granddaughter would enjoy best! 

    Also, be sure to follow the Disney Parks Blog, as they have up-to-date information about all things Disney!
