Hi there, Robert. Welcome to planDisney. Woohoo! You're planning a vacation to the Disneyland Resort this summer and I'm delighted to help as you begin to map out the magic.
The next best thing to being at Disneyland is making plans for the next time that you will be there. Theme park tickets and
park reservations can be made up to 120 days in advance. You must be a rope dropper, because It looks like you may have been just a little early for this window when checking for availability last week. I just checked the
Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar and it looks like the full week of June 5th is available now (subject to change). As far as hotels go, you can make a reservation for any of the
Disneyland Resort Hotels through the end of 2023. A couple of my favorite benefits of staying at a Disneyland Resort Hotel are the convenient access to parks and the
early park entry. I recently stayed at the Disneyland Hotel and loved being transported on the
monorail directly into
Tomorrowland.
Robert, it sounds like you're looking at both hotel and theme park tickets. Have you considered a
Disneyland Vacation Package? You can purchase both of these together and receive some Magical Extras like an exclusive Walt Disney Travel Company pin and lanyard (for all Guests ages 3 and over on your reservation) as well as discounts on select merchandise and dining throughout Downtown Disney District. With the vacation package, you are responsible for a deposit at booking (currently $200, price subject to change) and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. You are also welcome to make payments along the way leading up to the date the balance is due.
I hope this has been helpful, Robert, and I hope you're getting excited about your upcoming visit. I recently visited Disneyland and enjoyed all of the
Disney100 Celebration festivities. I especially recommend trying to catch at least one of the new nighttime spectaculars. My favorite was
Wondrous Journeys. The sight of Baymax flying above Sleeping Beauty Castle was the highlight of my trip!
Robert, if you think of any other questions as you continue to plan your visit to the Happiest Place on Earth, please come back to visit us. We love to help! Until then, I wish you happy planning.
See ya real soon,
Michelle
