Welcome to planDisney, Larry! I am happy that you are planning a cruise for a large group. Disney Cruise Line
offers so much for Guests of all ages.
I like to book my sailing as far in advance as possible because cruise fares can increase over time. Disney Cruise Line offers a
flexible payment plan where you can pay at your own pace after your deposit is made. The final payment due date is based on the length of your sailing. If you are taking a cruise for 5 nights or less, your final payment is due 90 days in advance of your embarkation day. For cruises that are 6 nights or longer, the final payment will be due 120 days in advance of your embarkation day. If you are booking a concierge stateroom, the due date could differ. Once you book, the final payment due date will be listed under "MyReservations".
Once you are booked, make sure to
link your group's reservations so you can sit together or very close to each other in the rotational dining room. With a group your size, you may not be able to sit at one table, but Disney Cruise Line will do their best to keep you close to each other. If you need assistance with linking reservations, you can
contact Disney Cruise Line directly for help.
Larry, if you have any other questions, sail back to
planDisney for help.
Adventure is out there!
