How far in advance can you book a hotel room in a Disney resort? Is that the same timeframe if you book a room on the club level?

    Hello Robert!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! You can book a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel up to 499 days in advance of your check-out day by phone. Simply call 1(407)W-DISNEY to book! To my knowledge, there shouldn’t be any reason why you would not be able to book a Club Level room at this time as well.

Resort and package pricing are usually released the summer before the upcoming year. So for visits in 2021, rates should be published sometime during the summer of 2020. If you are booking and rates aren’t yet available you’ll be asked to put down a deposit based on today’s pricing, with the final total to be determined later. Once those final rates have been released, you can add things like tickets and the Disney Dining plan to complete your vacation package! If you'd prefer to wait and book online, you can anticipate online booking to open once those package prices are released.

I hope you are able to secure your perfect room, Robert. And please let us know what additional questions you have as you plan your visit!
