How far in advance can I book for hotel and park passes for family of 4?

Welcome to planDisney, Kassandra! I’m excited to see that you’re thinking about planning a visit to the Walt Disney World Resort! It’s my pleasure to help you with all the details!

You can start making a room-only reservation 499 days ahead of time. You can try to do so online, or by calling (407) 939-5277 to speak with a Cast Member. When it comes to theme park tickets, you can add theme park tickets to your reservation at just about any time.

Kassandra, you may find a Special Offer that coincides with your travel dates about three months before your planned vacation. Please remember that you can modify your existing reservation to add a promotion. Mickey and his friends offer all kinds of promotions on theme park tickets and stays at Disney Resort Collection hotels often, so it never hurts to check for them.

You can always count on us if you need any planning advice, as you put together the details for your magical visit. Come back to see us or view our Panel Extras. You can also follow us on social media, to see what the planDisney family is up to during our visits to the theme parks. We love sharing our experiences with you!
