How far in advance can you book a Disney vacation

Well hello, hello, hello, Marykay. Welcome to planDisney. Thank you for bringing us this wonderful question that I'm thrilled to help with.

We're a group of planners so I love to hear that you're already thinking about and excited about a visit to the Disneyland Resort in 2025. Currently, Disneyland Vacation Packages are available for booking for dates through the remainder of 2023. The next block of dates that will open for booking will be for the 2024 year, however, we're not sure exactly when this will be. Historically, we've seen the next year of dates open up sometime in the summer. Sadly, this means that 2025 dates won't be able until sometime in the summer of 2024.

Although you aren't able to book for a while, you can still have a peek around at the Disneyland Resort Hotels as well as Good Neighbor Hotel options. I love staying at a Disneyland Resort Hotel when I can for all the nostalgic vibes and of course, the Early Entry benefit. Keep in mind that many things can change between now and the time that you might be booking your vacation package. Your best bet would be to keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog. This is where I like to get all the latest and greatest updates when it comes to the Disneyland Resort.

Although this is probably not the answer you were hoping for, Marykay, I hope the information is still helpful in your planning process. If you have other questions as you are thinking about your visit to the Happiest Place on Earth, please come back and share them with us.

    Wishing you a magical day,
    Michelle
