How far in advance can on board gifts be ordered for Disney cruises. We sail on our 3rd cruise on treasure on September and hardly anything available for purchase where as for our other cruises on other ships decor sets, etc were available.

Ahoy there, Kristin! I’m so glad you decided to come back to us here at planDisney before your cruise this fall. It looks like you’re planning a festive adventure on the Disney Treasure and want to make it extra magical, so allow me to help.

Typically, you can purchase Onboard Gifts as soon as your reservation is booked. I’ve found that some items may not be available due to popularity and I could not find information on when inventory could get restocked. As your trip approaches, I would continue to check back online to see if more options become available.

On a brighter note, you mentioned this will be your third cruise. That means you would typically receive one Castaway Club bag in your stateroom (depending on availability), plus a lanyard for each guest to display your Silver status.

One thing I love to do for each cruise we take is to decorate our stateroom door with magnets. I use a free design website to personalize a 4x6 image and then upload it to a photo website or even a local drugstore when they’re having a sale to have the picture printed onto a magnet. We keep adding to our collection on each trip! And speaking of magnets, don’t forget to pack a couple of magnetic hooks for each member of your party so they can hang their lanyards on the back of the stateroom door. That way, you stay organized and always know whose is whose.

I know it’s a Bibbidi Bobbidi Bummer when you can’t find the exact gift you were looking for online, but I hope these ideas will help make your trip on the Disney Treasure extra magical. If you think of any other questions before your sailing, don’t hesitate to come back to us here at planDisney.

    Bon voyage,
    Sami
