    How far in advance of arrival should I receive paperwork from WDW? We are 34 days out from arrival & I have not gotten any hotel vouchers, etc. Also, I am hoping to request a 50's room at Pop ... is it better to call in advance to request that?

    You must be so excited for your upcoming trip to Disney World! Yay...it's only a month away now!

    I love when I get mail from the Mouse. And I know how anxious you start to get when you have a vacation just days away. I have received my paperwork from Disney a month ahead of my vacation. But I've also received it up to two weeks prior to our trip. So my suggestion is - if you don't see it about 14 days before your departure date, go ahead and call Disney Reservations to check on its status.

    As for your room request - Disney cannot guarantee room requests. But that being said, I would call Disney Reservations today and just let them know of what you would like. Then when you arrive at Pop Century, remind the Cast Members at the front desk of what your request is. They will do everything they can to help you out.
