How far in advance to add a person to my room reservation that has already been made. The room has a 5th sleeper and I would also need to add a 4 day park hopper. Do you know how much extra that would cost too? Thanks

    Hi Marguerite,

I love that some of the Disney Resorts Collection hotels can fit 5 people into a room.  Having a family of 5 myself, we love staying at Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – Riverside, Disney’s Yacht Club Resort, and Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort. Each of these Resort hotels can accommodate our family of 5 and that is a big deal!

Adding a guest to your resort hotel room at the Walt Disney World Resort is like sprinkling a bit of extra magic onto your reservation! To ensure everything runs smoothly, it's best to add them as soon as you know they're joining the adventure. Think of it like inviting an extra fairy to your Tinker Bell tea party!

Unfortunately, I don’t know what the extra cost would be for your additional traveler. It’s best to contact the Walt Disney World Resort directly so they can quote you an accurate price. Be sure to look out for any Special Offers that you could apply to your reservation. The cost of adding your traveler will be based on a couple of things. Since you have a package that includes theme park tickets the cost will be different than if you have a room-only rate.

One quick tip, we enjoy adding one of the Disney Dining Plans to our stay. This allows us to enjoy dining at Disney without the worry of our budget.

I hope that you have the most magical time!
