Bonjour, Rebecca!
Welcome to planDisney, where it's always a
practically perfect day to discuss an upcoming Disney vacation. I'm so glad you stopped by!
I see that you're less than two months away from your visit to
Disneyland Paris. How exciting! Nothing makes my Disney vacations feel more real than seeing my reservations appear in the destination's app, so
let's get your booking linked!
If you purchased Disneyland Paris Theme Park Tickets or a Hotel + Ticket Package directly through the Disneyland Paris website, they will automatically link your MyDisney account so that you can view your booking using the Disneyland Paris website. Regardless of how you booked your vacation, the booking won't automatically link to your
Disneyland Paris app, but you can do this as soon as you've received a booking confirmation email using the booking or confirmation number provided. When you open the app, you should immediately see an option to 'Link Ticket or Pass' which will prompt you to either enter the ticket or booking number manually or to scan your ticket using the app.
Once you've followed the steps above, you should see that
there's something there that wasn't there before under 'My Tickets & Passes' or 'My Hotel Bookings'. If not, I suggest reaching out to your booking agent as some Guests reported that the reference number provided in the booking email isn't actually the Disneyland Paris booking number but rather a reference number specific to the agency. If you booked directly through Disneyland Paris, you can reach a Disneyland Paris representative via the Live Chat function that should be able to help you resolve the issue.
I hope this helps you link your booking, Rebecca, and that you're
using the app to pre-order snacks on Main Street, U.S.A.
real soon. As always, feel free to visit us at
planDisney with any other magical questions that arise. We're always happy to help!
Thinking Happy Thoughts,
Lizzie
