Hello is the Fantasyland parade still happening first week of March? Or fireworks I don't see any on calendar but not sure if because its still far in advance? Thank you

    Hi Guadalupe!

Thanks for stopping by planDisney!  You're just a few short weeks away from your Walt Disney World Resort vacation - can you feel the excitement yet?!?  Soon you'll be "Walkin' Right Down the Middle of Main Street, U.S.A.," just like the parade itself!  I usually spend these final weeks just like you by checking showtimes, making dining reservations, and finalizing plans.

One of the many things that makes a vacation to any Disney Parks destination extra magical for my family is the high-quality entertainment we can enjoy.  At Magic Kingdom Park, the Festival of Fantasy Parade, Mickey's Magical Friendship Faire stage show, and Happily Ever After fireworks display are all fantastic and worth making time to see in your plans.  Currently on the Walt Disney World Resort website, I see the entertainment schedule for both the parade and stage show posted through February 3 and the fireworks schedule available through March 16.  Entertainment schedules are always subject to change, so I would encourage you to continue to check back frequently over the next few weeks to see additional times that may be added and any updates to currently posted schedules.

Guadalupe, did you know that you can find the entertainment schedule available to view in your My Disney Experience Mobile App while inside the parks?  On the day you are visiting, you can click on your "must-do" entertainment and then select "Add to My Day" so it appears on your customized schedule which will also include dining reservations and any Lightning Lane selections you may have scheduled.  Speaking of Lightning Lanes, you can even use Disney Genie+ service to reserve a premium viewing spot for select entertainment!

One of the best ways we enjoyed viewing Happily Ever After was by adding a dessert party dining event to our day.  We enjoyed a special dessert selection before the fireworks at Tomorrowland Terrace Restaurant and then had access to reserved viewing for the show right in front of Cinderella Castle!

Guadalupe, I hope you enjoy a vacation at Walt Disney World Resort that is bursting with magic - just like those fireworks that you'll see lighting up the night sky at Magic Kingdom Park!  Please stop by and see me or any of my planDisney pals again with any other questions you may have!

    See ya real soon,
    Kristi
