    Hi. We will be on the Fantasy Western Caribbean Cruise April 2-9, my husband may have to do some work. Is there a business center? Can he make phone calls? How's the wifi? Thanks!

    Thanks for coming back to see us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I hate to hear that your husband may have to take some time away from relaxing to get some work done.  One of the best things I enjoy about my Disney cruise is that it is my time to unwind, and Dr. Brandy does not need to answer her pages overnight when sailing on Disney Cruise Line! If your husband must leave Neverland and reconnect with the mainland, there is a way (and pixie dust may be necessary). There is no business center onboard, but there is Wi-Fi available on the ship for a fee.  When I sailed last week, there was an embarkation special for the first 50 MB of data free. After that guests can add to their data plan, and I purchased an additional 100MB for $19.99. It is very easy to use up those megabytes though – I used the first 50 uploading about 40 pictures and checking email.  Once you board there will be more information available on your Navigator and in your stateroom about Connect@Sea plans. The Cove Café has a good internet signal compared with the staterooms, but service can sometimes be slower at sea than on land.  Remember that there is no charge for using your Navigator App. Ship to Shore Phone service is available from onboard phones but is costly and may range from $7-10 per minute. Cellular at Sea Phone service is available too, so I suggest that you check with your cell phone provider to find out what your charges would be. Shirley, I hope this information helps and that your husband is able to have a great vacation with very little stress.
