We are going on the Fantasy in Oct. 2016 and have never eaten Remy brunch. How different is it than Palo brunch? What should we expect as far as choices? We have eaten Palo brunch many times. Thank you.

    Ahoy Crystal –
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I was so thrilled to hear about your plans for your upcoming cruise on the Disney Fantasy. You are in for a culinary treat when you dine in Remy, and there is a significant difference between dining in Remy and Palo at brunch. As you know, Palo brunch is a lovely buffet that has exquisite cuisine featuring Italian courses along with seafood. Guests also have the option to choose meals a la carte while dining with spectacular ocean views. Remy Champagne Brunch has a menu that gives options of prix-fixe multiple course French meals that are beautifully paired with champagne and sparkling wine. The Remy experience is guided by your chef and sommelier, and each course is a small plate of wonders with a drink that compliments the meal. Both brunches are deliciously different options for guests to enjoy. I hope this helps with your planning, Crystal, and we would love to hear about what you think of the Champagne Brunch at Remy after your trip!
